The old town of Fez is a fascinating place to visit and preferably stay. I was there for 10 days and that was not enough.
Try the competitive street cafes for the taste of Morocco. Yet there is one quiet cafe which serves the best coffee and food. Find and bargain for the prized leather of Fez. It has the oldest tannery in the world as well as the oldest continuously functioning university in the world.
