Looking through some older phots and videos, I found some interesting material I shot one very interesting morning spent learning to make typical Vietnamese food.
It was a fun experience indeed. There were only three other learners in the class. I think they were Swedish people and unfortunately I haven’t got their emails to let them know I finished the video.
Our chef and teacher showed us how to make spring rolls, pho and Vietnamese meatballs. Everything was prepared for us except for the actual food which we shopped for in the Central Market. That was an experience!
Then we ate lunch which was delicious. We did well!
